We are a small business working with other small businesses to provide you with the best possible pricing and experience. Our pricing is such to provide fair share to our makers and designers and our shipping rates are based solely on trackable Canada Post rates. We do not charge anything extra for packaging.

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Time
We offer flat rate shipping to the US and Canada.
Canada: CAD$10
USA: USD$10
Shipping is free on any order over CAD/USD$300.
Shipping time varies depending on location. Expect your delivery in 3-7 business days within Canada and 7-10 business days to the US.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for orders within the Greater Toronto Area at a rate of CAD$5.
Local deliveries are made on Sundays between 9 am and 8 pm. We will contact you via email to notify you of the time of our arrival.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 12 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@windseekershop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
