This one of a kind Garlic Keeper is made by potter Wayne Cardinalli.

Garlic is best stored in a cool and dark place, but not too cold, like the fridge. A garlic keeper provides these conditions and allows for airflow to keep your garlic fresh longer and to maintain it flavour. 

With nearly 60 years of experience one never knows what might come out of the kiln next at Cardinalli's studio in Ontario, Canada. But two things are for sure: It is always a pleasant surprise and there will never be another one just like it!
