Refund policy

At Windseeker, we are committed to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint. We encourage mindful shopping, as purchasing multiple items with the intent to return some creates unnecessary waste — from packaging materials to fuel used in shipping. However, we understand that returns are sometimes necessary and are happy to accommodate them under the following conditions:


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags and in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a free return shipping label. Simply repackage the item (you may reuse the original box) and drop it off at your local post office. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Food products (e.g., tea, latte blends)

  • Personal care items (e.g., bath & body, beauty products)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please email us at info@windseekershop.com. We’ll guide you through the process.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note: It may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@windseekershop.com.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to outdated or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your payment method auto-fills an old address, please double-check before completing your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items lost due to incorrect address information unless the product is returned to us.
