Refund policy

As an environmentally conscious company, we strive to minimize our carbon footprint and we encourage responsible shopping. Purchasing multiple items only to return one or some creates waste in terms of packaging and product as well as fuel waste in shipping. Returns are sometimes needed and we will honour returns under the following conditions: 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your items are eligible for return, we’ll send you a free return shipping label. You can package your items in the same box you received them in and send them back to us. Just drop them at your local post office. Once we receive the return you will be issued a refund within 3 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Food products such as tea and latte blends
  • Personal care goods (including bath & body and beauty products)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you would like to exchange a product, please email us and we will start the process.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
