The small plates can be used for sugar cubes, to set down spoons or tea strainers, etc.
The teapot does not have a strainer and can be used with any tea egg, cotton tea bag or a strainer. The opening of the pot is 6.5cm (2.56") inside and 7.8cm (3.07") on the outer side.
