Directions: You can add as much or as little salt to your bath water. If you are looking to just add a bit of scent, only add about a 1/2 a cup (1/4 of package). If you are looking to have the full Epsom Salt Bath experience, empty out the entire contents of the bag into your bath and enjoy.
