Starry Night Lapis Earrings

These one-of-a-kind pieces inspired by Van Gogh’s paintings were originally designed for the Immersive Van Gogh exhibits. The handmade pieces of art showcase an intriguing mix of natural as well as man made elements. All these stones and metals are woven together to capture the essence of many of Van Gogh’s paintings.

The Starry Night Collection features handmade, lampwork glass. The striations and inclusions which occur naturally within this glass mimic the swirling brushstrokes of this painting. Along with other elements such as electroplated haematite and natural stone this collection attempts to recreate the sparkling, dreamlike effect so prevalent in this artwork.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of these pieces, no two necklaces will be exactly alike.
