I forgot to use my coupon code. Can I still apply it?
Absolutely! This has happened to all of us and it can be so frustrating. Just email us and we will get you your discount. The only condition is that we haven't sent your package yet.
I forgot to add an item before checkout. Do I have to place a new order?
You can place a new order and we will automatically combine the two orders. We will refund you any excess shipping costs.
You can also email us the product you would like to add and we will manually add it to your order. That way you will have everything on one invoice.
I changed my mind about my purchase. Can I cancel the order?
Yes, as long as we haven't shipped the order yet. Just email us with your cancellation request.
The item I like is out of stock. How soon will you restock?
It very much depends on the item. Some items can be restocked within a few days, others might take weeks. Seasonal items we don't restock for that season once they are sold out. If you wish to purchase an out of stock item, email us and we will do our best to get it for you.
Do you ship outside of North America?
As a small business we are not set up for international shipping. However, we have shipped internationally to Europe and even Australia upon request. Email us your order and we will look up the shipping cost for you!
I live in Toronto, can I pick up my order?
We don't offer local pick up at the moment. However, you can always email us and we can arrange a pick-up from our shipping center. We do offer free local delivery in Etobicoke.
Do you have a brick and mortar store?
We don't but might have occasional pop-up stores in Toronto. If you are signed up to our newsletter we will let you know when and where.
